Our Birth Doulas are your support companion during a beautiful or scary time to some. Our job is to serve provide knowledge before and during birth, act as your advocate without speaking for you, encourage you, and full-fill any specific desires you have for your birth. We want to make sure you have a beautiful experience.

Our trained Lactation Consultants help families who are seeking simple lactation support. They can assist in helping produce good milk supply, guidance on optimal breastfeeding positions, tips on latching, how to pump, and tips for a pumping schedule. Birth

Our Doulas are trained professionals who are your support companions. They are there to serve and provide you comfort and support. It is our honor to help you with laundry, washing and sanitizing bottles, meal prep, Handle night feedings, diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, and assist you with your breastfeeding needs so you are able to get rest. Our doulas are also trained to support through any health-related experience. Such as childbirth, postpartum, miscarriage, or stillbirth.

Our highly specialized and trained providers are great for your postpartum recovery, and educating purposes. It is their honor and privilege to serve you with such wisdom and care. They focus on the care and well-being of your newborn. They are able to offer tremendous support for those expecting multiples. They assist your family from the first 12-16 weeks of your infant’s life helping establish good sleeping and eating habits. Our specialists handle feeding, sleep schedules/sleep training, and overall baby care (soothing, swaddling, diapers, bottles, cleaning pump parts, storing breast milk, etc.).

Our sleep consultants are highly trained individuals who help educate, encourage, and coach you to implement a sleep training plan that is individualized to you, and your little one. Here at Mothers’ Village we respect you and are Non-judgmental and opinionated free. We provide support that is in the best interest for your infant and family.

Hello,
Co- founder Alexandra Maldonado brings a wealth of expertise and passion to supporting mothers and families during the postpartum period. As a Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Lactation Consultant, Childbirth Educator, Birth/Postpartum Doula, and Sleep Consultant, she has honed her skills in providing comprehensive care and guidance to new parents. Her experience serving in multiple areas in this community has further deepened her understanding of the unique needs of mothers and babies. Over the past few years, she has had the privilege of supporting numerous mothers and families in the postpartum community, empowering them to navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood with confidence. She is particularly excited about Mother's Village because she wants to offer families a nurturing and supportive community where mothers and fathers can find the resources and guidance they need to thrive in their newest chapters. We look forward to serving you with our knowledge, passion, dedication, and expertise within our empowering, non-judgmental community, with the hopes of making a positive impact on your journey of motherhood and fatherhood at all stages.

Mothers’ Village holds a policy where we don’t allow our clients or providers to be exposed to or care for anyone sick- due to the possibility of spreading the sickness to other infants and families.
